Jewelry Care
You will get a care card with your order
Store your pieces in a jewelry box when not in use.
Keep it clean and shiny with a DIY or store bought silver cleaner. Avoid strain, chemicals, oils, and high heat.
Dry Silver is Happy Silver : most water isn't purified, and the contaminants can dull your silver. So dry it quickly after showers, etc.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Each Item is made to order and are a Final Sale. All our items are final sale but this is a reminder that I am creating this item just for you in the stones/size you are requesting, so please ensure you are ordering your perfect piece.

Delivery

Your item will arrive in a fun envelope with your items in pretty packaging, with a care card, business card and a small gift from me to you. We will make, package and ship your item out within 1-6 business days of you placing the order, from there, see below for an estimate on shipping times.
●●● They aren't cool, but if applied by your country, Taxes, Customs Fees and Duty are the responsibility of the buyer.
►►►» We do not provide tracking numbers for Canadian orders unless upgraded shipping is selected and purchased upon Check-Out by the customer.
We ship via Canada Post and ChitChats (Asendia and USPS).

Shipping Time Estimates - (Providing no Shipping Upgrade was purchased by the customer):
►» Canadian orders will ship via regular letter mail and arrive in approximately 1-15 business days from ship out date. No Tracking.
►» U.S. orders will arrive in about 1-3 weeks (or less) from ship out date. It may take longer due to holidays, peak shipping times or a delay at customs/border. Tracking Included.
►» International orders will arrive in about 2-10 weeks (or less) from ship out date depending on your location. It may take longer due to holidays, peak shipping times or a delay at customs/border. Tracking Included.
*** Want your item to get to you Faster, or want to Track where your package is if there is a delay? Add upgraded shipping or tracking to your order in your Cart before selecting "Proceed to Checkout". *** Tracked orders are always our suggested shipping option!

►» If tracking was not purchased by the buyer, once it is in the hands of the postal service there is no way of us seeing where your package is until it arrives, as I have no control of it after that point. If you have added the upgraded shipping with tracking this will atleast give you the ability to track down it's location and time frame for expected delivery.

Each piece is handmade by me in my small Manitoba, Canada studio. Each piece may vary slightly from the picture shown, due to the nature of natural stones and handmade jewelry. Handmade jewelry is one-of-a-kind and can have slight variations in texture and gems. Please allow for unique variations in each piece.
